Return Policy  

 

Our return policy allows a two-day return window from the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges are possible after 2 days. To be eligible for a return within this timeframe by Zettle Technologies Private Limited, the item must meet one or more of the following criteria:  

 

  • Damaged upon delivery.  
  • Missing accompanying items or components.  
  • The item received differs from the ordered product.  
  • Include all original accessories, warranty cards, and price tags in the return shipment. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.   
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.  

 

Refunds (If Applicable)  

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you'll get a confirmation email. Approval or rejection of your refund request will be notified. Refunds process after the product passes quality inspection.  

 

Allow 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.     

 

Arrival of the exchanged item may vary by location; we recommend trackable delivery or shipment insurance for safety. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
